About Us

The Central Samploc Fire and Rescue Volunteer Brigade Inc. saves the lives and properties of those affected by fire hazards and other disastrous events, provides pre-hospital (first-aid management) care to an injured person due to catastrophes, and implements disaster management programs to communities within Metro Manila and other near-by provinces.
The Central Sampaloc Fire and Rescue Volunteer Brigade Inc. is a non-profit organization affiliated with the Fire Brigade and Communications Group (Fire Control 7), United Filipino-Chinese Communications Fire and Rescue Volunteer, TXT Fire Philippines and Philippine Red Cross (ERU). CSFRVB is duly recognized by the Bureau of Fire Protection, and registered with the Security and Exchange Commission (No. CN200816423). The group was organized in the year 2000, and is now based in CSFRVB Base, Algeciras Street Corner Ma. Clara Street, Sampaloc, Manila 1008 Philippines. Despite being a relatively small brigade, the CSFRV is one of the most active brigades in Metro Manila. CSFRV aims to expand its reach in the coming years to be able to serve more areas and communities.
Mission Statement
We strive for excellence in fulfillment of our duty of protecting lives and properties in Metro Manila and nearby provinces by being first responders to fires, calamities such as floods and earthquakes, and vehicular accidents. CSFRV does not only respond to these disastrous events, we also strive to find ways to keep the community informed regarding fire prevention and disaster response through disaster management programs such as fire fighting training and fire and earthquake evacuation drills.
Vision Statement
The Central Sampaloc Fire & Rescue Volunteers envisions a safe and fire free community with citizens who are equipped with knowledge in fire prevention and disaster management.
Aims and Objectives
- Response in the event of fire to save lives and properties;
- Provide pre-hospital care (first aid management) to a person who has been injured or made ill by fire and other disastrous events;
- Implement various disaster management programs in the community to promote safer and resilient response to disastrous events;
- Educate the community regarding fire prevention and disaster management; and
- Minimize the risks caused by fire and other disastrous events.
